Steve Hill is the owner of Hill Group Properties, LLC. Steve is a recognized professional in commercial and investment real estate. He is also an Associate Broker licensed through Coldwell Banker Funkhouser Realtors in Harrisonburg, VA. In 2008 he served as President for the HRAR (Harrisonburg/Rockingham Association of Realtors). He’s been serving investors and homeowners with competent advice and assistance in buying, selling and leasing properties since 2001.
